After five months of successfully welcoming diners for dinner, Parcel 32 is excited to unveil another opportunity to taste Executive Chef Shaun Brian’s cuisine. The restaurant will offer Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Nov. 4. The brunch menu will feature a variety of hearty, classic dishes with Chef Brian’s elevated, unique twists, including the buttered shrimp hand pie with habanero lime aioli, Johnny cake, buttered shrimp and cilantro; seasonal French toast with caramelized apples, whipped goat cheese, dulce de leche and frosted pecans; and smoked Gouda grits loaded with scallions and bacon.
